No Refund Policy – Digital Products

All products sold by Halisi Foods & Recipes are digital downloads (eBooks). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

Why we don't offer refunds: Digital eBooks are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed. This policy protects the integrity of our content.

Exceptions: If you did not receive your eBook after purchase, please contact us within 48 hours at orders@halisifoods.co.ke and we will resolve the issue promptly.
